Trudie lives in Raton, New Mexico with her supportive husband and number "one" gunsmith, Clark. She currently works as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at the world class shooting complex the NRA Whittington Center. Trudie has set multiple National Records, with her Palma gun, for both the mid-range and long-range course of fire and was the 2007 and 2010 winner of the Spirit of America, National Fullbore Championship. She is a proud member of the 2011 US Palma team that took her to her first World Long Range Championship event traveling to Brisbane, Australia in October of 2011. There she shot her way into the top 10 shoot-off in the World Individual 4 day event finishing 6th. Along with winning the Gold medal for the 1000 yard aggregate made for an experience of a lifetime. She is looking forward to helping coach the F-class team to victory right here in her backyard! Taking on the winds of Raton is a challenge she's ready for.

When not shooting or re-loading Trudie enjoys reading and hand quilting.
